| Entry
to the accommodation is from 4 - 6 pm in high
season and 2 - 6pm in low season (except by arrangement).
Persons expecting to arrive after 6.00 pm - please
notify the office of their expected time of arrival.
The latest time of arrival is 9.00pm. |
| Hirers
must vacate their accommodation by 10.00am to
allow sufficient time for cleaning and inspection. |
| Hirers
must undertake to keep their accommodation in
a clean and tidy condition during the period of
their occupation. If the accommodation is not
left to a satisfactory standard a minimum charge
of £50 will be made. |
| Pets
are only permitted in certain holiday caravans
and not welcome in the chalets. Dogs must be kept
on a lead at all times whilst on the site. |
| For
the safety of all, there is a speed limit of 15
mph on the site. Any person exceeding this limit,
or driving with undue care, will be asked to leave. |
| Before
occupying the accommodation the hirer should satisfy
himself that the accommodation is in good condition
and the equipment listed in the inventory is complete.
By occupying the accommodation the hirer accepts
responsibility for the accommodation and its equipment
throughout the period of hire. Hirers will be
charged for any damage or breakage's. Lost keys
will be charged for. |
| Smoking
in designated non smoking accommodation will result
in a fine of up to £100 in order for the
caravan to be cleansed to a satisfactory standard. |
| A
25% deposit is required to confirm booking. The
balance is to be paid in full 10 days before holiday
commencement date. If you have to cancel your
holiday, refunds will only be given if we can
re-let the accommodation. A £5 administration
charge will be made for cancellations. |
| The
Findhorn Bay Holiday Park, Moray, Scotland and
it's employees shall not be liable for any loss,
damage or theft to or from any accommodation or
other property, nor for any injury, accident or
mishap to any person on the site, unless the same
be caused or contributed to by any negligence
or default on the part of the Findhorn Bay Holiday
Park, Moray, Scotland or its employees. |
| Parents
are responsible for the supervision of their children
and all minors around the park and its facilities. |
| Musical
instruments. TV's and radios, cassette players
and all motor vehicles must not be used to cause
nuisance to others, especially between the hours
of 10.30pm - 8.00am. |
| If
you are occupying a caravan and not hiring linen,
please bring with you bottom sheets, tea towels
and towels. |
