Maintenance – Handyman

Permanent Position

(35 hours a week)

We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team.

As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth upkeep, care and maintenance of the caravans, buildings and grounds of the Holiday Park and also for the maintenance of ground works and services across the wider Findhorn Eco Village site.

Experience of similar work would be desirable but not essential as training can be provided. The person needs to have a good level of physical fitness and a can do attitude.

Housekeeping Staff

Seasonal Position

We are looking for temporary seasonal housekeeping staff to join our friendly and hardworking team at Findhorn Bay Holiday Park. Duties will include cleaning of all accommodation as well as toilet/shower block to an exceptionally high standard. Hours of work will vary however weekend availability is essential.

Board members

New Findhorn Directions Ltd (NFD) is currently expanding its services.

We are introducing a range of management systems and organisational

changes. To ensure we have the necessary capacity and skills

represented, we are looking for two new members to join the NFD

Board. The appointment process will consist of an interview with the

Exec Chair and NFD leadership team members.

Key Role and Responsibilities

The overseeing of structural, legal and financial responsibilities of the

organisation, and ensuring that we continue to develop and make

consistent progress towards our mission. Attendance will be required at

regular board meetings, and liaising with the NFD leadership team.

Person Specification

● Ability to understand and interrogate financial reports

● Strategic planning and analytical skills

● Management / project management experience

● Previous experience in a variety of knowledge of hospitality and

business would be preferable.
